Sealed First

Write your take before the AI answers. Seal it, get the AI's answer blind, then record whether you held, updated, or switched. Over time this becomes your personal judgment retention score.

How the score works

The score is 0 to 100 and looks at your last 90 days. It needs at least one seal with a known outcome, and it is marked provisional until you have five. Pick a domain above the score to see it for that area alone.

  • Final calls right (45%). After seeing the AI, was your final position the one that held up?
  • Confidence matches results (25%). If you say 80% sure, your sealed takes should be right about 80% of the time.
  • Kept the cadence (15%). Seals logged in the last four weeks against your weekly target.
  • Explained changes of mind (15%). Every update or switch carries a written reason.

Red team. When you and the AI agree, you can both be wrong in the same way. The red-team step gives you a prompt that asks any AI for the strongest case against both answers. It only runs after the reveal, so it can't leak into your take.

Quick capture. Open this page with #quick at the end of its link to land straight on the 15-second form.

Plain English: it's a sealed envelope. You write your answer and seal it, then open the AI's answer. The stack of envelopes shows whether you are still doing the thinking or just signing off.

Each seal gets a fingerprint when you save it. When you reveal, the page checks the fingerprint, so you can trust the take wasn't edited after you saw the AI. Only paste the question into the AI before the reveal. Your sealed take stays out of it until after.
